Blueberry is renowned for its antioxidant-rich edible fruit, a good source of iron, manganese, vitamin C, vitamin K and dietary fibre. This is an imported Thai-type blueberry plant. Blueberry shrubs are long-lived, with a lifespan of 50 years or more.

• Soil: Must be acidic soil (roughly pH 4.5-5.5) to thrive - amend with peat moss, pine bark or a dedicated acidic potting mix rather than standard garden soil. Otherwise, well-drained, fertile, organic-rich soil.
• Fertilizer: Organic fertilizer monthly for the first year; 2-3 times a year (or before flowering) once established - use an acidic/ericaceous fertilizer where possible
