Why PlantsGram
Buying plants online comes down to trust. You're ordering a living thing, from a photograph, from a stranger. So this page sets out plainly how we work — so you can decide for yourself.
1. Plant quality and selection
Every plant is checked by hand before dispatch — rooting, stem, leaves and pests. If a plant doesn't look ready to survive the journey, it isn't packed. That sometimes adds a day or two to an order, and it's a trade-off we make deliberately.
2. Nursery-safe packaging
The packing is designed for Indian transit, not for show:
- Soil locked into the pot — stops it spilling and protects the roots
- Pot fixed inside the box so it doesn't shift when knocked
- Cushioning for the leaves and stem
- Ventilation — room for the plant to breathe
- Live-plant handling marks on the outside of the box
3. Honest product information
This is the point that matters most to us.
- What's written is what you get — whether a pot is included, what the size is, what's in the box. If the decor shown in a photo isn't included, we say so.
- Live plants are naturally different from each other. No two plants are identical — height, branching and leaf count will vary. That isn't a defect; that's what a plant is.
- Flowering and fruiting follow no fixed schedule. They depend on season, light, temperature and care. We don't make promises like "guaranteed flowers in 30 days", because no nursery can honestly make them.
4. Care support after delivery
The plant has arrived — now what? This is where most people get stuck. Our Plant Care Guide is written for the Indian context — our summers, monsoon and winter, and the light you actually get in an Indian home or balcony. If you're new, start with the Beginners Guide. 5. Transparent policies
- 10-day plant protection — if a plant arrives damaged, dead or unhealthy, report it within 10 days with photos and you'll get a replacement. What is covered and what isn't is written out plainly: Plant Replacement Policy
- COD available — you're not forced to pay upfront on your first order

6. Range
Flowering plants, fruit plants, seeds, bulbs and creepers — over 600 products. One place for both the flowering pot for your balcony and the fruit plant for your terrace, without dealing with different sellers and different standards of packing.

We won't say anything here about anyone else. Judge us by what comes out of the box that reaches your door. That's the only real test.
