These Terms govern the use of plantsgram.com and purchases from PlantsGram LLP. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.

2. Eligibility and website use
You must provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders or copy/resell protected website content without permission.
3. Product information and natural variation
PlantsGram makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Live plants are natural and may vary in height, shape, branching, leaf count, colour, stage of growth, flowers and fruit from photographs or another plant of the same name.
Product images may include mature-plant or flowering/fruiting references to explain the expected species outcome. Unless expressly stated, such images do not mean the delivered young plant will arrive flowering or fruiting.
Dimensions described as approximate or indicative may vary within a reasonable natural range. Material product specifications, quantities and included items are stated on the product page/order confirmation.
4. Plant results and care information
Care guidance is general educational information. Plant survival, growth, germination, flowering, fruiting, yield and harvest depend on climate, season, soil, water, light, nutrition, pests and customer care. PlantsGram does not guarantee a particular horticultural result unless an express written guarantee applies.
Nothing on the website is medical, veterinary or professional safety advice. Customers should verify plant toxicity, allergy and pet/child suitability for their own circumstances and keep unsuitable plants away from children and animals.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order placed on the website is a request to purchase. PlantsGram may accept, decline or cancel an order because of availability, serviceability, payment verification, a material pricing/listing error, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or unsafe shipping conditions.
If PlantsGram cancels a prepaid order that it cannot fulfil, it will refund the applicable paid amount in accordance with the Refund Policy.
6. Prices, taxes and promotions
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping and COD charges will be displayed as required during checkout.
Offers, coupon codes and discounts are subject to their displayed conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. PlantsGram may correct an obvious pricing or technical error and cancel an affected order with a refund.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Customers must use a payment method they are authorised to use. PlantsGram does not ask customers to share OTPs, card PINs or account passwords.
8. Shipping, cancellation and claims
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, Seeds & Bulbs Policy and RTO & Failed Delivery Policy form part of these Terms.
9. Corporate orders
Corporate, customised and bulk orders are additionally governed by the accepted quotation and Corporate & Bulk Order Policy. If an order-specific written quotation conflicts with a general retail term, the quotation will govern that corporate order to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The PlantsGram name, logo, website design, original text, photographs, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to PlantsGram. They may not be reproduced, modified, scraped, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment gateways, courier services, analytics, social platforms and communication tools. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlantsGram will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier delay, customer care decisions or inability to achieve a particular plant result.
PlantsGram's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a product will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the affected product/order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
13. Fraud and abuse
PlantsGram may reject fraudulent, manipulated, duplicate or abusive claims after reasonable review and may restrict Cash on Delivery or account access where repeated misuse is identified.
14. Events outside reasonable control
PlantsGram is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, epidemics, internet/service outages or courier-network interruption. PlantsGram will take reasonable steps to communicate and resolve affected orders.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact support@plantsgram.com so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
16. Changes
PlantsGram may update these Terms for legal, operational or service reasons. The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version available when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
