Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order, delivery, refund, security or customer-support messages.

For an approved corporate order, a business customer may provide recipient or delivery-contact information. The corporate customer is responsible for having the authority to provide that information. PlantsGram will use it for order planning, delivery, support, compliance and related operational purposes.

PlantsGram currently offers corporate delivery to one agreed location unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

8. Customer photographs and content

Photographs or videos submitted for support or a claim are used to assess and resolve that matter. PlantsGram will not use identifiable customer-submitted media as public marketing content without appropriate permission.

9. Data retention

PlantsGram retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution and other legitimate operational purposes. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and applicable requirements.

10. Security

PlantsGram and its service providers use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. However, no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other unnecessary sensitive information through email or chat.

11. Children's information

The website is not intended for independent use by children who are not legally able to enter into a purchase. PlantsGram does not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children. A parent/guardian may contact us regarding a child's information.
